I used to get an alert on my Android app when a member of our closed group posts. Friend posted and I had to go to and open the group to see it. No notification on the inbox symbol in the upper right hand corner anymore. Nor on the Fitbit icon on my home screen. It just stopped working.

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

 

To receive notifications about activity on your Fitbit community posts and new messages, make sure you turn on Messages notifications in your push notifications settings.

 

- In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab

- Your profile picture 

- Notifications > make sure Message notifications are turned on
