My fitbit app stopped showing typical run info, like pace, distance run, or map of run. When I click on exercise>a specific run, the pace and distance shows up in the preview, but not when I click on the run itself and the graph showing pace over time/distance is missing completely. Now it only shows engery burned, calories, etc, not really useful info for a runner. Not sure when this started. I use the GPS on my Charge 4, firmware version 48.20001. 100.43. Phone app is version 3.44, 20263580, android platform. Also, typing this in Chrome on my phone and it won't let me add photos.

Thank you for the information provided.
To try to resolve the issue, please do the following:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Restart your Fitbit Charge 4
- Log back in
Whether you continue having the same problem, please uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit app.

I did what you said and it didn't work. When I open a run, I only see heart rate, energy, and impact for tabs to scroll through, and none of those have pace, laps, maps of the run, etc.
Also checked out the link you posted for posting pictures... I don't see the icon that is shown in the post for attaching a photo when I'm on my phone.
