No calls or texts

I have a Galaxy S21 and Charge 4. Both have been working great for a year. After phone and fitbit app updates, cannot get calls or texts to fitbit. I've reset devices several times, installed and re-installed app over and over, all permissions on. Tried several different days. Nothing.

@CharRN I'm not sure if you've seen this already, but here is a Help article about troubleshooting notifications. You may want to follow the steps suggested there, if you haven't already.  

 

@SueChem "Sense" and "Sense Controls" are only relevant for the Sense smartwatch. If you reread her post, @CharRN has a Charge 4, not a Sense.
