How can I get Blaze to be compatible with my Android phone? It's a MotoZ Force Droid and the operating system has been updated recently (Android Oreo)? I don't think it is and would like for it to be added to the list of compatible phones for Blaze. Please advise and thanks!

My phone is not compatible with the Android Fitbit app. I won't sync properly and it won't send messages from my phone to my fitbit Versa. Can you guys do something about this? It was an expensive watch! It worked fine until the app started crashing last week and I had to reinstall it.
Thanks!
Jennifer

All - I was using window 10 and recently moved to android Oreo (Sont Xperia xa2). Tried a lot and all suggestion literally available in fit community including, installing, reinstalling fitbit, disabling & re-enabling Bluetooth etc. but not able to get the 'steps' working. it always shows 0, whereas cal shows correct. I'm not using any device, just the phone app. Any help or idea will be great

Hi,
I recently bought a Charge 2 and connected it to my HTC One M8s (running Android 6.0.1).
I've tried everything (Always connected on/off, all day sync on/off, I've turned off battery optimisation for the Fitbit app etc) but always have the following problem.
The tracker will sync first thing in the morning when I turn off flight mode (without fail, every time).
Notifications will work for a couple of hours or so, but then they stop working, and the Fitbit app will not sync with the tracker. Once it stops working I get the message that a problem has occurred and to Restart Bluetooth. If I do this the tracker will sync, but always after an hour or two it will stop syncing again and I have to restart bluetooth again.
Surely there must be a way of having it work reliably? I have deleted all non-essential bluetooth pairings in my phone (just leaving 4 eg portable speaker, cars etc).
Any help would be much appreciated as this is very frustrating.
Thanks

Hi,
I have a Samsung Galaxy S9 that I sync my FB One to but recently, it has not been syncing.
If I reboot the One and turn the BT on the phone off and on it will work for a few days and then stop working again.
Is anyone else having this issue?
Thanks,
Antonio

Hi everyone!
I hope you are doing fine. I just wanted to remind you that in order to have a successful connection between your Fitbit and phone, it needs to be a compatible mobile device. Please check our list of compatible phones.
If your phone isn't listed, it doesn't mean that it won't work with your tracker but you might experience some connectivity issues, you can keep an eye on it to see any updates and also, you can always try the instructions provide in the following links but I don't guarantee it will 100%.
If you need anything else, let me know.

@AlejandraFitbit is there a way to see the whole list? If you are looking for a choice of devices entering a query for each and every individual model is ridiculously tedious.
We need a list to scroll through to see if there are any devices currently available that are actually compatible with fitbit products.
How can I be expected to enter a query for a brand that I may not know exists?
The current system is not user friendly and makes me think that may be intentionally so to hide the lack of fully compatible devices. Thus enabling fitbit to carry on using the incompatible device excuse every time for the failings of their app. and their inability to fix problems that have been in existence for months if not years.
The longer I scan these fora the stronger the smell of whitewash.
Open and honest transparency would do much to restore faith in the company and its products.

Welcome to the Forums @Subhach22.
As mentioned before, a phone might not sync if it is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.
As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following these steps helps with the syncing.
If none of the above works, you could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

Sadly the only phone my Fitbit versa was compatible with was my iPhone. Now that I don't have a high end phone it doesn't work properly. I have a Nokia Android phone and I can't receive messages nor phone calls because my phone isn't compatible for notifications. It's very frustrating that they make Fitbit only user friendly for high end phones. I'm stuck with a watch I purchased with all the intentions of using and I can't because I don't have an iPhone or another expensive known brand. The watch was better when it was still a pebble watch.the ONLY reason I followed Fitbit was because they bought off pebble and those watches we're user friendly and worked across ANY device. And now Fitbit **ahem**ed it up. I can't return my watch anymore. I think I'll be selling it to at least recover some of my money lost
