I've had my Inspire 2 for almost 2 weeks, and despite going through all of the set up steps and rebooting both the Fitbit and phone, no data records, except steps. I'm also unable to reach customer service. Has anyone else had the same bad experience with either of these issues. I'll likely return the unit if this can't be resolved.
