@Rich_Laue by the looks of the message and the fix I think @marlene.taylor has a charge3 suffering from blank face. This was in another thread that the lack of display was cured by changing the watch face.

Thank you! Lost display on my Inspire HR and battery wasn't dead. Had no idea how to fix until I saw your post. Changing the clock face worked like a champ!
