I finally got my versa to work again. I had to install the fitbit update, deleted the app & reload it & sign in and it had all my days in memory & when I synced it updated my steps (until the day the battery died). I know this has worked for some but not all. I have an iphone. Now fitbit needs to stay on top of their updates. Good luck everyone!

Glad you have got full functionality of your fitbit for your iPhone.
It's a shame that android users don't seem to get such prompt results.
