Not receiving text messages on my versa 2

I just got a versa 2 and was able to pair it great with my Samsung Galaxy S7 except my text messages are not displaying on my Versa 2 and I can't seem to figure it how to get it to display.  I tried searching everywhere I could think of but haven't been successful.  Help!!

I'm having the same issue and I have a Note 9.  I contacted Fitbit customer support and they walked me through all the usual steps but still hasn't fixed the issue. I think it has something to do with the latest update.

that's a little disappointing. This is one of the main reasons for getting the versa 2

I am having the same issue. It worked for a while and then quit. I have the Versa2 & Samsung Edge.
