No email when reseting password

Hi,

I'm having trouble with the login password reset email. I've forgotten my password and requested the reset password email. It said it was sent but there is nothing in my emails. Has anyone else had this problem?

@Angel._.444 Is it possible that you've already migrated your account to a Google account?

If you have a Google account, you need to access your google services in order to access your Fitbit account. To learn how to change or reset your Google Account password, see the Google Accounts help article.
