Hi, @Colette-S! To be honest, I don't think any of the models do a great job at auto-tracking workouts other than run/walk. However, there are a couple things to consider. First, any of the heart rate models will do a better job of tracking your calorie burn, since it will be measuring your elevated heart rate during that period. Second, you can manually start a workout on many of the trackers (Charge 2, Blaze, Ionic, Surge), which will let you track when you worked out. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
