No friends showing in Fitbit app?

So In the app all my friends have vanished which means I can't compete in competitions etc as there is no one to add.

They show fine on the computer dashboard just not in app.

@dave_in_ni  HI and welcome - this sounds strange - just to have a recap though have your steps etc correctly synced between tracker, app and website? if they have (im sure you have already tried these but may be worth another go) log out of the app - restart phone and log back in again to see if that helps,

secondly I would try and log out - uninstall the app - clear cache and history - restart phone - reinstall all and log back in just in case you picked up a rogue update(corrupted by a break in downloading etc)

I have recently download the latest app and all shows fine with friends list ( SGS8 Oreo)

Give those a try and let us know how it goes in the meantime I will try and gather some more info - if it is beyond what I can find then customer support maybe able to delve a bit deeper for you

Got it sorted. the app was out of date, I updated and all fine.
