No graph of heart rate in the Android app

Hi, my fitbit app on the Android (Pixel 4a) arbitrarily select days when it does not show graph of heart rate from charge 5. The data are on cloud (I can see them when downloading via API - personal web app) , but do not see them in the fitbit mobile app. I have already tried to clear cache, reinstall app, restart phone, all the combinations, nothing helped. Any help / feedback appreciated.

Hi @RadoslavaS - if you can see the information when you login to the dashboard on https://www.fitbit.com/m then the watch is recording correctly.

The problem can be an incomplete sync or a glitch in the Fitbit app on your phone, though you seem to have done the necessary.

What you can try is the following.

  • logout of the Fitbit App
  • In the phone settings of the Fitbit App, clear the cache and force stop it
  • Swipe the Fitbit App screen off
  • Restart the phone and the watch
  • Sync and wait for the green status bar to go all the way across the top of the Fitbit App.

HI @Guy_  , thanks for the reply. It did not help. I can download the data from server but do not see it in the app. Moreover, from last week the fitbit did not store the data correctly, I was wearing it on thursday, friday and today I synced it but the data are not there, not on server, nor in the app / dashboard. Do you have any recommendation ? Thanks.

@RadoslavaS  - thanks, if seems there is some sort of sync or watch issue, try chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support. They have access to see more what's happening.
