No heart rate data on activity log

Hi, the case I described Feb 2 and Feb 5 looks like Fitbit bug (heart-rate is not included in the exercise record!!) does not matter if you confirm it or not.

Pls disclose a plan for fixing it,thanks.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Which mobile device are you using? Also, which exercises are shown without the heart rate data? Lastly, are you recording such activities using the exercise shortcuts (if applicable) or the SmartTrack auto-recognition feature?

Just look at the history - Sep 30, 2019 I found it out, Feb 3 HW set up, Feb 5 picture which shows the problem.

I have the same problem (16 Aug 2020, Fitbit Charge 4).

Downloaded activity log lists:

• Date
• Calories Burned
• Steps
• Distance
• Floors
• Minutes Sedentary
• Minutes Lightly Active
• Minutes Fairly Active
• Minutes Very Active
• Activity Calories

No heart rate data, which should appear between "floors" and "minutes sedentary"?
