Text notification stopped

I use to open my text but now it just notifys but when I click Open it goes to my Clockface.

I'm not sure what tracker model your asking about @Safka75 but taping open on the tracker should open the message up in its native app on the phone.

Hi

I get the Text notification on my Versa lite and the choices are "open or
clear".
I click open and it goes away ..I use to be able to open message and quick
reply..
But it just goes away
