My app has no data. It doesn't recognize me. I am synced.  Years of data. Gone. Wtf!????

@User13_13 Welcome to the forums. Thanks for reaching out about your exercise data on the Fitbit App and the explanation.

Please note that all users' information is stored in our servers, so it cannot be deleted from the app. The app loads the information from our server. Please try the following. Check the Fitbit.com website to see if the information is displayed there. Then on the Fitbit App you can log out and then back in, that way all information will be loaded onto the app again. Give that a try!

@RodrigoMFitbit I noticed today, my calories burned history only seems to be available for this  year. I used to be able to see all the way back to 2016 when I joined. Is the full history found in another area, or has it been removed?
