No internet connection error message

Hi recently upgraded from Fitbit Basic to Premium all worked well till the last week. No App states no internet connection.  Have removed reinstalled the app twice have powered cycled my Samsung S7 multiple times.  Ensured App has enabled all notifications are turned on pls help
