No longer see active heart rate in app, only resting heart rate

In app paired with Charge 3, used to be able to see active/current heart rate along with resting heart rate data - was this removed in a recent update? I realize current heart rate info is on the device itself, but it was handy to see it in the app dashboard as well.

Hi @Bern136 I had the same problem since a few weeks. For another reason I unpaired and then paired the tracker again this morning and now everything is back to normal.

Hope this works for you too.

The reason your not seeing the current heart rate is n because the app doesn't have a live connection to the tracker.

Get you're tracker to count a few steps and the connection should be made.

While you cn unpair the tracker from the phones Bluetooth, the user cn not pair the tracker, I'm not sure what @Corr is referring to.

Hi @Rich_Laue

I am not a native speaker, but as I understood, @Bern136 couldn't see his/her live and resting heart rate anymore.

I had that same problem and was able to solve it by first unpairing my Charge 3 and after that pairing it again.

I wanted to (un)pair the tracker for an other reason. After doing that my other problem was solved and as a bonus I also got my live heart rate back.

It is tracking my steps but not my heart rate. My sleep wasn't tracked last
night either.

As you walk you might see your steps increase real time on the app. At this time the heart rate, calories, and distancce should also have live data.
