Im not getting any text notifications on my versa since it updated. It vibrates  when I get a phone call. My notifications are on to alert me for WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram etc on the app but it doesn't notify me.. i have tried sending a test call and my versa vibrated with this. Just not anything else.

Hi @Shirls85. Welcome to the Community! I'm sorry for the delay and let me help you with the notifications not working on your Versa.

 

I've confirmed that your Samsung Galaxy S8 phone is a supported device and since you mentioned to not receive notifications from certain apps (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram), may I know if you're able to receive text notifications from the native messaging app on your phone? Have you updated the Fitbit app and Android version to the latest version?

 

In the meantime, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

  1. Remove your Versa from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby. This is just for this process.
  3. On your phone's settings, tap on Apps > Fitbit > Storage > Clear cache.
  4. Go back one screen and tap on force stop.
  5. Reboot your phone and restart your Versa .
  6. Open the Fitbit app and set it up as a new device.
  7. Then set up the notifications and keep an eye on it.
