Hi,
I just received my fitbit today but do not receive the message / phone calls on the fitbit. I have a fitbit charge 3, and a Samsung Galaxy s9. Can someone help me please 🙂

Notifications don't start automatically as there are a few things that need to be configured first. Luckily, fitbit has a guide for this at: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1979/
