Fitbit not sinking

Ever since the new update, I am unable to get my FitBit to sink. It keeps telling me can't find the fitbit

The usual things to try when you get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

I have restarted my phone,  restarted the tracker and contacted the company.  So far I have heard nothing.
