No option to set up notifications?

I'm trying to set up my Versa 2 to receive notifications. Every tutorial tells me to select the 'Notifications' menu under 'General', but I don't have one?? I've attached a photo so you can see what I'm talking about.

Has anyone else has the same issue? I've tried restarting/updating/reinstalling everything but no change. I'm using a Versa 2 on a Google Pixel 7.
