No readiness score on the Fitbit app

Fit bit chargeb5 not recording  readiness score even when wearing it to sleep & it's tracking sleep score. Customrt Service Not Available!

 

Now my fit bit is not recording anything I do or recording some of it inaccurately,  help.

Hello @Laurie50 

Check to make sure you are connected to your Bluetooth correctly. If it is connected try toggling it of then on again and also try restarting your phone. If the problem persist I’d try restarting your Fitbit Charge 5 to see if that resolves the problem. You will not lose data doing a restart. Both u & mega bite helped me. I touched t flat button on my charging g cord & toggled my blue tooth connection. My fit bit is recording sleep score now & I expect it to show a readiness score in t prescribed amount of time. Ty both. Laurie50
