Hi,
I bought a Huawei P20 Pro after I read the posts about connectivity/compatibility between Fitbit Versa and this phone (https://www.fitbit.com/eu/devices#p20_pro is just an example). What happened? Well, I don't receive any notifications on my Versa about calls, messages, e-mails, etc. At least, the fitness sync works (very slow), for example, it takes about 30 minutes to sync steps or sleep data.
My question is what can I do about it? When it will be compatible with Huawei P20 Pro? If it doesn't work, why is promoted on the website? I can hardly wait to hear an explanation and a solution. Thank you!

Hello @cristiana21 welcome to the Community Forums!
I appreciate all the information that details that were shared in your post, sorry for the hard time you are having with your Versa and Huawei P20 Pro. Let me share with you that the mobile device under discussion is compatible with our products and services, just as stated on this help article.
If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.
See you around.

I saw that list, my phone is listed there (this was one of the reasons I bought it)

I did all the steps more than one time with Huawei P20 Pro (I had a Samsung phone and all the steps listed there worked and the sync was fine) and nothing happened. Currently, I am in the same situation described in my first message.

It doesn't work. The sync lasts a very long time for steps and other data like that, but notifications about calls, messages, apps still not appear.
I am open to new ideas and suggestions. Thanks!

You're welcome @cristiana21, thanks for your prompt reply. My apologies for the delay in responding your post.
Thanks for the clarification and confirming that the steps from my previous post were already tried, your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation is appreciated. To better assist you with this, can you please let me now when was the first time you experienced this? You stopped receiving notifications after the Fitbit app update? In the meantime, just as a workaround, please try the steps that are specified on: How do I use the Fitbit app on my Huawei P20 Lite phone? and keep me posted.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi,
The sync and all are not working since July 25 when I bought my Huawei (before all was good because I had a Samsung). I want to mention that the phone connects and sync with all my other devices via Bluetooth: car, headphones, speakers, TV. I think the problem is with the Fitbit app or firmware.
I don't think the update is the problem. I made an update earlier this day. I tried those steps and verified with a test call notification and it doesn't work. Now, the app is trying to sync (for the last 20 minutes and it isn't done yet, cause the sync stopped - I don't know why) (the last sync was on Aug 21 even if I have the all-day sync activated).
Do you have any other recommendations? Thank you!
