My notifications started acting up after the last app update, everything worked seamlessly prior to that. The calls are not the right caller and no text notifications at all. I've followed trouble shooting and uninstalling reinstalling to no avail. I'm using 2 different surges and they both are doing the same thing.

I appreciate all the information and details that were shared in your post, thanks for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting too. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

Yes, I completed every piece of troubleshooting before reaching out to support yesterday. I was told that my phone is not a supported device so there's no additional steps to make it work. Just strange because it was working seamlessly prior to the new Fitbit interface/update. Very sad. Please make the one plus a supported device!

Also experiencing on Charge 2 / Pixel 1. Preceded by the "text showing sending only" issue. Keep me posted.

I'd like to share with both of you that here at Fitbit we are aware of this situation and working towards a resolution as soon as possible. While we work on this, my best advice for you guys will be to keep your Fitbit app up to date.
