I have a new fit bit alta and has set it up but the screen on my fit bit says fitbit/setup and does not show clock. It is charged it is showing paired on my phone and I have an account. What is wrong with it?

@Kazty, it appears from your description that you paired the Fitbit to the phone's Bluetooth manually rather than using the app to install it. If that is the case, open the phone's Bluetooth settings, select the Fitbit device, and Forget it. Then open the Fitbit app and log into it, open the Account screen and select Set up a Device to set up the tracker and follow the on-line instructions.

Yes, until the Setup process is completed, the tracker cannot display anything but Fitbit.com/setup. Once the Setup process is completed, it will display the clock and other stats.
