No sleep data when syncing after app update alta hr

Have been having issues with sleep stages on my Alta HR. Several days ago it wouldn't register them as normal. I shutdown the app and rebooted and they showed up. Last night no information showed up at all after a recent app update. Please fix this!

I just bought a charge3and no sleep data recorded or heart rate recording. Very disappointing because this is one of the reasons I bought it for. Please fix.
