No sleep score on Android Fitbit App

HI there hive mind......

Sleep score on the Android app said 'you did it' but there is no sleep score recorded. I have great sleep stats that would surely have given me a score in the 80s, so it is not that there is insufficient data. The days around it are OK, normal reporting.
Does anyone know what I did, why I now have no score recorded?

@lizzyp29 Thanks for the prompt reply and explanation.

I guess that there was not enough information to calculate your sleep score for that night, even though you received sleep stages. Given that you kept on receiving the sleep score seems that it was a one time issue. Please keep an eye on the sleep logs and report back in case the sleep score is not calculated again.  @lizzyp29 Welcome to the forums. Thanks for your post about the sleep stats on the Fitbit app. I appreciate the screenshots too.

I guess there are 3 screenshots. The first one says "you did it" since you met your sleep goal. That is the sleep tile that includes not only the slee score but your sleep overall. From what I can see you did receive sleep stages, which is a requirement for the sleep score. I have a question. In the second screenshot it gives you a sleep score for the week, 76. Are there any other entries for that week? If not, it could be just that the information is not being displayed correctly. Make sure that your Fitbit app is up to date.

Thanks for the response.

Yes, all the other sleep data is present and displaying correctly.

The first screenshot shows the tile on the 'Today' screen when I first updated my stats in the morning.
The second screenshot shows my stats for that day as they appear on the sleep screen.
The third screenshot shows the stats for the week, and all other data is there. Only the one day has no score recorded, the day that the app returned "you did it".

I have complete data for the week, except for the sleep score for that one day. The app is up to date and always is.

Cheers
LIZ.
