They usually fix it in a reasonable time. Ye won't have to wait for an update as we've just had one 4.47. That's what has caused the stress management to go on the blink. Oh the joys of being fit and healthy 😀

Please see this thread, page 3, (<-- click) where the Moderator acknowledged the issue and said that the team is working on fixing the problem. You might want to post/follow that thread as the Moderator will post updates there.
As I recall, it took a few days after the issue was acknowledged for the problem to be fixed. It seemed that this was something that they could fix in the background. Part of me wonders if this issue might been due to the recent Fitbit outage.

Hi there
Thanks for the info, you're a helpful Harry.😀 I wouldn't have found that. As usual I just keep checking and one fine day it'll all be fine again and happiness will be restored. Yev got to love Fitbit. 😀
I have the same problem since the outage on Thursday. Everything else works without issue. I wear the Fitbit Inspire 3 continuously, sync multiple times per day and successfully collect all other data (all health metrics), more than 7 hours of sleep, tracked exercise, etc. However, no more stress management score since the outage on Thursday.

Hi everyone!
I appreciate all your messages and feedback regarding this situation. I reiterate that this is not the desired experience for our users, and I can understand your feelings about it.
Our team is still working on a solution.
Unfortunately, as moderator, I don't have an ETA for the fix.
Stay tuned as I will be posting updates on this topic.
In the meantime, always verify that you are running the last Fitbit app version: How do I update the Fitbit app?
@RiekoC I'm always grateful for all the support given! Thank you.
