I had a sync icon when I logged in it lasted 4 weeks now when I log in there is no sync icon and cant sync.

Charge HR I have restarted and uninstalled but still cant see any sync icon when I start up like I was four weeks ago.

@hangtensurfing, I assume you are talking about using the Android app, correct? If so, simply tap on the Charge HR Device icon on the top righthand corner of the dashboard, an it will start the sync. Or, you can open the Account screen by tapping on the Account icon in the upper righthand corner of the dashboard, and then select the Charge HR to start a sync.
