Not getting notifications. Not syncing. Useless!

Hi all just wondering if anyone else is having a problem with their fitbit versa not receiving messages and calls from a Samsung 9s

Let me help you get your Fitbit to work with your S9.

 

The first thing I'd recommend is that you try following these steps for the syncing and these for the notifications. They should definitely help in getting everything to work correctly.
