No text notifications - Blaze

I traded out 3 Blaze trackers because they just wouldn't work properly with my phone. I spent hours on the phone with fitbit reps and they all determined that those trackers had problems. I was so frustrated I was about to give up on the blaze. For the most part I would eventually get the music and call notifications to work, but not the text notifications.  I decided tonight to try to set it up with my husband's S6, and everything worked perfectly right away. What is the problem with the S5?

Welcome to the Forums @kelblah428. I would like to know if you keep having problems receiving texts notifications? If you do, please do the following:

 

1. Restart your tracker.
2. On your mobile device, go to Settings > Bluetooth.
3. Turn off Bluetooth, wait 10 seconds, and then turn it back on.
4. Reboot your mobile device.
