I have had my fitbit since February. The past 2 months it stopped vibrating when I reached my 10,000 steps goal. I got a phone and still won't vibrate.

Welcome to the Community @Valpal88. If your tracker is not vibrating at the moment of reaching your goal, I recommend verifying that your goal is correct by doing the following from your Android Fitbit app:

1. Tap Settings
2. Tap Account
3. Tap Settings
4. Tap Activity
5. Edit your goals
6. Sync

If your goal is correct, please Restart your tracker and test it by setting a silent alarm by doing the following:

1. Tap Flex
2. Tap Silent Alarm
3. Tap the "+" icon in the upper right corner
4. Set your alarm
5. Tap Save
6. Sync

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
