Nokia 6 not syncing

My charge HR will not sync with my Nokia 6 - it hasn't synced since the 7July! How do I fix this?

I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

1. Plug your charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
2. Insert the other end into the port on the back of your Fitbit Charge or Fitbit Charge HR. Your tracker will begin charging.
3. Press and hold the button for 10 to 12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and a version number (e.g. "V30").
4. Let go of the button.
5. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work. If it still won't sync after that then there are some more ideas to try in this help file: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866/

I believe it is a problem with the latest Fitbit update for Android (2.74.2), since then my Versa does not sync anymore and others have reported the same issue in the forum.

How do I get my Fitbit charge 3 to sync? I have tried all the steps and it hasn't synced since December 31st??
