I had my HR charge for my birthday in October 2016 and it all worked fine - then suddenly it wouldnt sync anymore - why?

Hello @GillyS, I see you have joined to the Fitbit Community, welcome aboard! If your tracker is presenting difficulties to sync with your Windows phone. For more help with syncing issues the following post might be of your help: Having trouble syncing? (here's how to fix this).
