Help- My App Went Ahead Two Hours Instead of One!

Hello,

Apparently when my Fitbit app adjusted for Daylight Savings, it skipped ahead two hours instead of one. I've tried clearing data/c

cache, restarting phone, trying to change and change back the time zone... but no success. My Charge 2, however, is fine. What should I do now?

A warm welcome to the Community @dizzililizzi and thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. It's weird to hear this since the app will take the time that your phone has. Have you checked your phone's settings? If you haven't, I recommend checking them. Also, if you have the automatic timezone on, turn it off.
