Hi there @SunsetRunner, good to see you one more in the Fitbit Community. It will depend if you phone is able to support this feature. Not all mobile device are able to support this option from the Fitbit app. If you need to know this please search your phone in the Supported device list and make sure the option is available.

See you later and hope this information helps.

I've got a Nokia 6 running under "pure" Android 7.1.1 and most functions work with my Fitbit Charge HR. The only one that currently is not working is "notifications" from the phone to the Fitbit device. They worked really well until the latest firmware update on the Charge HR and Fitbit Android app update.

I have raised this as a bug with Fitbit support but they are taking the "opt out" of saying that the Nokia device under "pure" Android 7.1.1 has not been tested for compatibility. As I have contacts in HND Global Oy / Nokia I have discussed the issue with them and they have said to me that as they don't change any "core elements" of Google Android when they get it from Google there should be no issues at all - unlike other manufactures who change "core elements" before they implement it on their devices.

I see this as a Fitbit issue either with the Charge HR firmware or the latest update to the Fitbit Android app.

Something similar happened when a reset my last Lumia 925.... I lost the ability to Mobile Track. After a few reinstall of Fitbit it worked, I have tried that with this app & phone, but no joy.
