I updated my samsung s8 last week and since then when i get calls the caller ID doesnt show who is calling me anymore. Please help

Thanks for bringing this up and sharing those details.

 

In this case I'd like to recommend that you try following the steps listed in this help article to get your Fitbit to receive the notifications properly once again. They should get everything to work correctly.

In this case I'd like to ask some questions:

  • Is this happening for all calls or only some of them?
  • If only some, are those callers saved to your phone's contacts?
  • Are you experiencing any other issues?
