Not Receiving Any Android App Notifications

I used to receive notifications via the app but in the past couple of weeks they have completely stopped. I have checked my settings both in the app and online and both show notifications are enabled.

 

I have seen that this may be a bug, fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Google Play store does not have any app updates for me (I am on version 2.26, 2182984).

 

Is there something special I have to do to restore the notifications?

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, several times, and the notifications have not returned.

 

I notice that the app was updated to version 2.26 on 1 June, which is around the time the notifications stopped. Is it possible to roll back to the previous, working, version? If so, please can someone direct me to where I can download this?

It's nice to see you all both @SunsetRunner @Emmanuelleonkin Woman Very Happy, how's everything? Sorry guys, but.. what kind of notifications are you trying to get? 

In the meantime, I'd recommend doing the following:

  • Log out of your Fitbit App
  • Force quit the App
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit App
