I got a replacement Charge HR on June 22. I went through set up and everything was great for a day. It has not synced since then. I have done ALL troubleshooting. I can't even get it to sync on the computer with the dongle. Help please!! I'm getting very frustrated and am about to throw the thing against the wall!!!

When you say you have tried all troubleshooting, did that include restarting your fitbit using this procedure?

If so, how many times did you try it? It's known to not always work and it's recommended to try it at least 3 times.

When you say you have tried "restarting" do you mean the phone or the fitbit?
If you meant the phone then try restarting the fitbit too using this procedure:

Give it a few tries though as it's known to not always work. The recommendation is to try it at least 3 times.
