My Versa died today so after contacting customer support, they are sending me a new one!!! Thank you fitbit! My problem...I've been trying to get my Ionic set up and it finds the tracker but keeps saying to try again. I have done it probably 100 times and I am getting pretty frustrated. I wouldn't care but after having fitbits for 5+ years, I feel lost without it.

A couple of things you might try or look at:
1. Clear the Fitbit app cache
2. Look at your phone's bluetooth and see if it still has the Ionic paired. If it is then unpair it and then try again.
