Receiving Texts and connection

Hi all

I just reset my Charge 2. I finally am able to receive texts other than just the senders name!

I stopped using it when I couldn't read the texts. I also have communication between my phone and the Charge. My bluetooth icon does not say I'm connected to the Charge but I receive my texts and the app is updated with current activity. 

I did everything I read on here to connect to my bluetooth. Reset C2 on the charger, unpaired/paired, uninstalled /installed app, turned phone  and bluetooth on and off.

I have a Galaxy s10+ and the Charge 2.
