Why don't you try to take the tracker out the wristband and use a cotton swab and rubbing alcohol to clean it. Before putting your tracker back in the wristband, dry both the tracker and the inside and outside of the wristband with a cloth or paper towel. To clean the charging contacts, follow the steps below. If you prefer, you can watch thisvideo instead. Also, try a different USB port or UL-certified wall charger. Do not use a USB hub.
