Why isn't the new Samsung galaxy s9 Not compatible with the fitbit.  I bought a fitbit flex ready to use and I had to email customer service all so they can tell me oh it isn't compatible . What? When I purchased the lady at the counter selling these said if you can download the app . It should work fine on your phone

I am sorry for your disappointing news, @LexusHdz. I would take the issue up with the person who sold you the phone and gave you the incorrect advice. \\\

The person who sold me the phone isn't the problem it is the lady who sold
