I had the app installed on my galaxy s5, I got rid of that phone and have the s7 it's not a compatible phone so I have tried connecting to both my windows computer and my Samsung galaxy tab 4, neither work the tracker can't be found. I have reset the tracker and restarted Bluetooth on the tab. Any suggestions on how to get them linked up?

It's great to see you around @Jmillz. If your tracker is not syncing, I recommend verifying that it is paired. If you are not seeing the tracker's tile on the Dashboard that means that your tracker is not paired and that you need to follow the Setup Procedure directly from your computer. After setting up the Charge it will work properly.

Thanks for the information @Jmillz. I recommend Restarting your Charge and after the restart process, follow the Setup Procedure directly from your Android device not computer.

OK that worked yesterday but now this morning it can't find the tracker. I
have location and Bluetooth on the tablet turned on. It seems like perhaps
there is something wrong with the tracker itself if it can't sync to
anything without being restarted first which is a huge pain that one I
can't have the app on my galaxy s7 and have to wait until I am home to sync
to my tablet and then when I do get home to sync it doesn't find the
tracker.

Thanks for letting us know what's happening @Jmillz! Since you're trying to sync wiht your Tab 4, I'd recommend taking a look at this discussion I had with another user in regards to the syncing issue with the Android phone.

Hope that helps!
