App not connecting to my phone.  Nor it's not syncing.

Hi @Champus I'll assume that you mean the app will not connect to your unknown tracker. 

 

Are you saying that the tracker will not setup to your Fitbit account? 

Or is it that the tracker is setup but will not sync?
