Not counting steps for challenges

Hi there, my dad and I have been doing weekly challenges, but last week and this week my fitbit won't count my steps. It actually says I have 60 steps for today on the challenge board, but I have already completed my step goal, which is displayed correctly on my dashboard. It also is not calculating how many miles I have gone. I'm at 12000 steps currently, but it says I've gone 1.62 miles, which is just plain wrong obviously. I've tried uninstalling the app and turning off my Bluetooth, but neither worked! I have the Flex if that helps! Thanks in advance!

Try logging out of the App and back in, i don't know why but several have reported that this works. 

Since this is an Android app problem I'm moving this to the android forum. Doing a search of this forum should get you several answers that have worked for others

I have an iPhone and I've run into this problem the last two weeks, it is not an organic problem to the android

I also have the flex and an iphone and in my challenges I never get more then 2000 total, while I walk an average of 8.000-10.000 daily. What can I do???

@Rich_Laue thank you for the recommendations, I've heard it has worked out for other people. Let's see how it goes.

@mbone1200 @Sslerror try the suggestions above and I'd recommend contacting support in case it didn't work out.
