I am not getting snap chat notifications on my Fitbit versa anymore . I have done everything.  Please help

Hi @Jackien613. Welcome to the Community.

 

Thanks for troubleshooting your Versa prior posting and I'm sorry that the issue with the Snapchat notifications persists. Our team is aware that some of our users aren't able to receive app notifications, which includes Snapchat and they're investigating to bring a solution as soon as possible. Currently I don't have a time frame for that, but please make sure to keep your Versa and the Fitbit app up-to-date. Once I have more details, I'll update this thread.
