Hi I have a fitbit inspire and a huwai pro30 phone. And I've tried all the suggestions on how to recieve notifications. I got them for the first 3 days but now constantly says not running and to restart my phone. This is happening 4/5 times a day and cannot keep restarting my phone.

Please help!

I appreciate the information and details that were shared in your post, thanks for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting too. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device you're currently using? Also, when was the first time you experienced this?

 

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Inspire are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

Hi as mentioned it's a huwai pro30 android phone and I've triple checked all the settings and restarted my phone, restarted the fitbit app. Uninstalled and reinstalled turned notifications on and off, all several times but still no notifications

Hi

I have a fitbit inspire and a huwaei pro 30 android phone but cannot get any phone notifications. Get the fitbit ones but no calls, messages or emails. 

It did work for about 3 days then stopped since 2/3 weeks ago

I have tried all the reset help messages, uninstall, reset notifications, start / stop services, clear cache but nothing works. I get the test calls but then the fitbit app says I need to restart my phone which I have practically daily without effect. 

Is there anything else I can do?
