Hi,
I've just had a replacement versa 2 as the button stopped working. I had spo2 on the original but it now says its not available. Ive deleted and reloaded the App but its still not available. Im very disappointed as it was one of my reasons for getting a versa 2.
Please help.

@Amanda789 Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for the detailed information shared.
I appreciate the troubleshooting performed prior to posting. I see where your disappointment is coming from.
If you see the message “SpO2 not installed” on your clock face, install the SpO2 Tracker app. For instructions, see Add SpO2 to your Fitbit device.
If you see dashed lines on the clock face or SpO2 tile, a message that the SpO2 data couldn’t be read, or missing data in the Health Metrics tile in the Fitbit app on your phone, keep in mind the following:
Hope this helps.

@Amanda789 Thank you for getting back.
I appreciate the troubleshooting performed. Let's try setting up your Versa 2 to your phone as a new device and check if you're able to install the SpO2 clock face.
Hope this helps.
