I dont always receive my notifications.

I had to reset my blaze few weeks ago. Bur now not getting  all notifications. 

It worked before  reset wad getting messages feom WhatsApp and messenger and normal texts . But now just text messages.

Hi there @Geraghty, good to see you here in the Fitbit Community, welcome aboard! I saw you are not receiving app notifications. My apologies for the late response and I'm wondering if you have review that your apps are enable for app notifications. 

 

I got a similar behavior with my Samsung phone, that after a recent update all the settings for notifications reset on its own to the default form. So just make sure this options are enable and for more details the following article will guide your through: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone
